The Guarantee
I guarantee my items to be exactly as described and include a 14-day unconditional money back guarantee with each purchase of original oil paintings, original mixed media works, giclees and limited edition prints.

This does not extend to posters or greeting cards. These items are purchased 'as is'. Please call us if they do not meet your satisfaction.

Payments
METHODS ACCEPTED: PayPal, Personal Check, Cashiers Check and Money Order.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the close of the sale. For additional purchases made within those 7 days you will receive a 50% discount off the second items shipping and with any third (or more) items shipped for free to the same address.

Shipping
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Our standard shipping is via UPS Priority Mail but we are happy to ship over night as per your desire. We will recalculate the shipping charges based on your desired arrival time. INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide. Fees will vary depending on how quickly you would like the artwork to arrive. Please email us for a quote.

Delivery
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We will ship the artwork out within 3 days of the receipt of payment. INTERNATIONAL: We will ship the artwork out within 5 days of receipt of payment.

Warranty
All SkiPaintings products are warranteed against defects of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Refunds & Returns
REFUNDS: If an item is returned the refund will be processed on the day of our receipt of the artwork if the work was purchased with PayPal; for personal checks, or other forms of payment, the refund will be made once the original form of payment has cleared our account.

Artworks MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONTAINER, with no damage to the artwork or frame. All materials such as the 'certificate of authenticity' must accompany the returned work. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the work must be shipped back via the same method of origination.
